We accept returns for a full refund or exchange  if received within 14 business days. We will not  accept returns or  provide refunds after this time period has passed. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. If there were any damages during shipment, kindly email photos of the item. You will not be charged for return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, or damaged during shipment, etc.). Please allow 14 business days to receive a refund.
